DoFollow is never good for your Google PageRank, other bloggers like it because it gives link love to them, but ultimately it hurts your blogs Google Pagerank. NoFollow doesn’t send a “google recognized” link to another site and won’t penalize your PageRank by having outbound links.

well someone say Do-Follow is good, and another say No-Follow is good too, so which one are the best ? i’m gonna confuse with this “follow” thing.

Interesting. I was under the impression that links from the same domain (aka internal) didn’t affect ones PR. I will look into it.
