Cost Captain Offers Microsoft Software At Discounted Prices

I feel that people shouldn’t have to pay full price for software if they can get the same software from a reseller for a better deal. I mean why pay full retail price when you can save money and get the same exact software. This isn’t like purchasing hardware or physical toys or devices which may be refurbished and damaged, software is software and it doesn’t matter if it is from a reseller or the actual company who sells it.

So when I was looking for an upgrade for Microsoft Office I found very good prices over at Cost Captain which is an authorized Microsoft Reseller. They also provide volume licensing and specialize as an Education Reseller.

One such example was when browsing their website you could find Windows Vista Home Premium upgrade for only $89.95 and you can find the Microsoft Standard Edition for just under $130. I should also point out that the software that Cost Captain sells is Full blown versions, not OEM or downloaded versions. I do encourage you to check out the site if you are in the market for Microsoft software.

I need $300 back in my account right away, no question. You can not take my $300 out when leappad products are out of stock? At the point, when its out of stock, DONT take my money out at all..

When will i get leappads? you have to KNOW when, period because u have my money.... if its out of stock, dont take my money at all... Once u took my money out then u should KNOW when i will get leappads? If u dont know then you HAVE to return my $300 back in my account RIGHT AWAY, not in few days at all..

when will i get $300 back in my acct if i cancel my order? ? Many companies like walmart, target, etc do warn that leappads are out of stock and didnt take my money out. You have to fix this to return my money back right away

I am very MAD at this costcaptain.com for not warning me that Leappads products are out of stock. I am POOR and I spent $300 on two leappads and they didnt even warn me. Now I have NO money to get gifts for my children. When I cancel the orders, it didnt even return money bk in my acct. It is NOT okay for them to take my money out when leappads are out of stock? I am PISSED off.

Really sorry to hear that, did you open support request? They claim to have 1 day turnaround time > http://www.costcaptain.com/help.htm if you haven't, then perhaps calling your credit card and stopping the payment or blocking it may help. They should respond and clear this up though, shouldn't charge if product is out of stock.

"****BUYER BEWARE***** I ordered $1,300 in product from Costcaptain & paid for 3-5 day shipping. Today is day 5 no items. No phone number on website- I end up finding a number that is clearly someone's cell phone. I emailed the customer service & customer service told me that they have no idea when my items will come in from the manufacturer. So basically, they are selling items they don't have! I was so mad! I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. In doing more research I found out that this is a one many job- no a whole company, just some shady guy. If you don't want a fraud nightmare with your credit card company, trust your gut instincts, wish I had. If it's too good to be true: it is! Lesson learned! "

Annoyed In all fairness, they ship regular USPS for the 3-5 day shipping ,it is an estimate without a tracking number and given the fact that it is this time a year, I would expect a delay in all packages not sent 2nd day Fed-Ex or UPS to possibly be delayed. As far as not having a phone number for support, I would be wary of a place selling software without any phone support at all. That doesn't mean they did anything wrong, right now you are complaining about it not arriving in 5 days as you expected, but do you have confirmation of fraud? They probably are just a reseller or affiliate site that places orders from another site to deliver.
