I have become quite a cruise lover, I went on my first two cruises in the last 12 months. My first cruise was to Mexico using Royal Caribbean and my second cruise was for my 9th Wedding Anniversary back in the end of June 2008. My wife and I went on a Carnival Cruise to Mexico. We talked as a family about our next cruise probably being one of the Disney cruises. We are just waiting for our littlest one to be out of diapers so that its easier to travel with him. I always wanted to go on a Disney Cruise and become a kid again with my kids. I have heard great things about them from coworkers and other family members. I wonder if they are as magical as people tell me? I will have to find out for myself someday.
See we cruise often because its all inclusive, the room and board, the food, and many activities on ship. It is a very inexpensive vacation compared to flying to a city and paying for it out of pocket. Now, I will tell everyone, I will only cruise if I have a Junior Suite or better. My wife and I love a balcony overlooking the ocean, there is no comparison. It is worth spending the extra money for the larger room with the balcony.
Has any of my readers ever been on a Disney Cruise with the family? Did it live up to they hype?
I really want to know, I also haven’t been on Norwegian Cruise Lines, I hear they are pretty good.
