Dragon Blogger Review of Find.com

Invited to check out a new search engine and review it so I decided to give it a try and see what I came up with. First of all the interface for Find.com is very clean, no ads and wild links everywhere, just a plain window with very clean easy to read results. One of the nice features of find.com is you can do a search just by entering http://www.find.com/ right in the URL bar. So I decided to test the ability to Find People and searched for my own name. I entered http://www.find.com/Justin_Germino, and sure enough my major profiles from the social networks was immediately displayed in the results list.
I performed over a dozen different queries including the terms “SiteMinder, Cheese, Recipes, Appetizer, Wanderer Thoughts, Razer, Rock Along Productions” and found that the site seems to be almost completely accurate with its displayed results. The only search for “Razer” didn’t come across what I was looking for, but google also doesn’t display what I am looking for in the top 10 results either.
The interface is fast you can search and restrict to categories like music, and you get very clean and easy to sort through results. For those of you looking for a less weighty search engine that is simple and easy to immediately search and relevant results that are easy to sort through. I recommend giving the Find.com Search Engine a try.
