bday Dragon Blogger Turns 32

I remember one month after I started blogging last year I had my 31st Birthday and posted about it on my blogs. In one year I have gone from an average of fifteen visits per day with very little earnings to now an average of three hundred visits per day with spikes up to a thousand and earning almost four hundred per month. I consider blogging one of my greatest achievements over the past year, not as a profession but as a successful and flourishing hobby that happens to earn some income.
I blog because I enjoy doing it, I enjoy the challenge of trying to carve my way and stand out among the millions of fellow bloggers, yet I also enjoy competing, connecting, sharing and assisting other bloggers as well. Though we all compete for the same finite advertiser space and readership, many of us are dedicated to helping the community and others. Bloggers have a very strong community, and over the past year I have met a cut above the rest.

For my 32nd Birthday I would like to thank the following bloggers who not only offer great blogs but have assisted me and offered me stiff competition in the blogosphere, each one of these bloggers should be visited and added to your RSS Feeder.

First and foremost is Damien Riley he was my first blog mentor and without his early assistance I would not be half the blogger I am today. Many of the blogging practices I follow were based on his methodologies and teachings.

Second would be Zorlone who is a doctor and a poet, he has inspired me to write the best poetry I can come up with.  He provides stiff competition in the weekly PlotDog writing contests and I enjoy reading his poetry and collaborating with him.

JenaIsle was the one who introduced me to most of the Jedi Bloggers and I became an honorary member though I don’t visit their blogs as often as I should.

Karen from BlazingMinds and Dan from TycoonBlogger for providing some of the best Internet and Blogging advice,  I have learned several blogging techniques, networks and tactics from reading their posts.

There are many more bloggers who I have worked with over the past year, but these have been the most influential in my blogging, poetry and social networking.

It’s fun thanking people on my 32nd Birthday.
