Dragon Blogger uses a New WordPress Theme

In an ongoing effort to troubleshoot my Internet Explorer woe’s, I have chosed a new theme.Â However, being that this theme has the same exact problem where the side widgets and columns do not display in Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8 Beta 2, this means there is nothing was wrong with the original theme.

However, I like this new theme better anyway so I am going to stick with it.Â It took me some time to customize the php code on the right, and I still need to finish getting all my social buttons and advertisements resized to fit in the columns properly.

What do my readers and fellow bloggers think of my new theme?Â The name of this Theme is “Black Abstract 2.0″

Let me know what you think of my new redesigned blogger page, and if you like it or dislike it, I was trying to go for something a little more clear, but the font is a little hard to read for me.Â Let me know if you think I should change the font type to something more clear.

Dark colors for outside wraps are alright as long as the content background is not.

I just noticed that there is no opt-in feature other than the RSS mail.

I do have a popup domination box but it only shows up after you click a 2nd post, it won't show on the first visit.

Overall a good theme, but people usually don't like dark themes. And this one is.

True, some people don't like dark themes. But I like the contrast and it makes you stand out from the millions of "white" blogs.

Thanks for the feedback, I will see about shrinking the top bar, so that more posts get seen without scrolling down. I am also going to try and get the font more legible, this involves tweaking the css file. I still can't figure out how to get site to render properly in Internet Explorer which is bumming me out.

I just got back from vacation at a cabin, so I have a new couple of posts to write and playing catch up.

It looks good, but I would shrink the top header just a bit so that more of your site sits 'above the fold'.

I really like the "glassy" look of your headings on this theme. Just remember that I went through a billion themes and still continue to, though default is now my all time favorite (LOL - true!)

I like how the 2 sidebars are easy to change content in and out. Th is always a plus.

I like the theme since I tend to like the darker themes. Yeah you might want to change the font. I can read it but I think another font would be easier to read.
