DragonBlogger.com Earnings for May 2010

I put a lot of effort into finding ripe keywords with the Google AdWords Keywords tool and leveraging them throughout my posts and in my TITLE and DESCRIPTION where they get indexed.

This site averages between 550 and 600 unique visits per day right now from Google Analytics.

Weird, I'd expect you to make at least the double amount of money on Adsense with that much traffic...

Traffic doesn't always translate to clicks, and when it does the CPC value might not be that good. Some days I get 5 clicks that make $10 and other days I get 10 clicks that only make $3.00 so very hard to get your adsense to have highest CPC value, I have not found a great way to improve AdSense CTR and CPC value yet that reliably works.

I do, I link back to my DragonBlogger from every post on my Poetry blog which is a PR3 and my personal blog (but that is a PR0). But most individual posts are a PR N/A or PR0 at best, rarely do posts themselves become a high PR unless lots of other cites reference and link back to that posts. I wish there was a tool that can scan your sitemap.xml and report your PR on each of your pages on your sitemap.

I wouldn't use one of those scammy companies and services, I would find blogs in similar niches and offer to purchase a backlink either on homepage or from a single post that had a PR4 or higher. One keyword embed like "technology" linking to DragonBlogger.com from a PR4 or higher. It would be very selective and would be by finding a post and offering to just already update an existing keyword and just make it link to my blog. Some advertisers had contacted me about this method of building backlinks and it appears to be a very solid and good way to do it without any real way for search engine bots to penalize.

My advocacy blog has PR4 but I do not earn nor aim to make more than the usual. I can give the "technology" link that you need. Please let me know if my blog will fit what you are looking for. Thank you.

It all helps, thank you very much would be honored to have a link from your blogroll. Just FYI though your blogroll page has a pagerank of N/A which isn't even ranked, (less than PR0) so probably that means that page is so new it isn't ranked yet.

Yea that is probably the best way to do it. Those spam my sites like text-link-ads are all bad news. I am also on the scout for some high PR blogs to get some good links on. A free wordpress theme I just released was featured on planet.wordpress.org which has a PR of 8...so that was pretty exiting. :)
