The reason your tweets did not send is because you violated Twitters SPAM policies. Just looking at your screen shot one can see that you tried to schedule the same tweet multiple times on the same day which is considered SPAM by Twitter and a good way to get your account blocked if you are reported or their spam bots pick up on it. Dynamic Tweets, suspends accounts that violate Twitter SPAM policies and which is most likely why your tweets were never sent.
