Did you trying reseting your router (clear the memory)? Sometimes clearing the computer’s cache helps too.

So sorry to hear that Justin. I can access my Helium account just fine and no problems at all. Unfortunately, I can not answer your question as it is too technical for me.

Sorry to hear you are having problems accessing Helium.com. It works fine for me. Did you try using a different computer at another location? This is my first time going to helium thanks to you. I bookmarked it in Diigo for you, can you see if from this link? http://www.diigo.com/user/ileane
