And even though I get considerably less traffic than you, I find that even limiting the number of contextual links helps to get a more narrower focused ad.
Infolinks’ service is a much better service for me based on this alone.

Of course you can have both on your blog, but lets assume that a single user only clicks one or the other. You would prefer to steer them to the one with the higher payout. Also, too much content ads and you can deface the appearance of your blog.

When I trialled Kontera vs Adsense on one of my personal blogs about a year ago, Kontera slightly out-performed Adsense. I think in that case it came down to my Adsense ads not being optimally placed.

why not try info links instead of kontera, both are pretty much the same and the only difference is that info links pays atleast 5 times more than kontera
