I use this as my primary means of posting. My blog is for my small business which sells clothing with custom designs. I post every saturday a new design and the product become available. I also post during the week little bits about the business, affiliates, or whatever. Well since I know when a new post needs to come out, at least every saturday and sometimes during the week, I will schedule a whole month or two worth of postings ahead of time. I have made months of designs already so all I need to do is set up the post and I am good to go! I think it’s great and now I dont have to wake up at 8:00AM and post like the post says I do!

I use Blogger.com but it has the exact same feature.

However, I will occasionally repost an old article with updated or changed information to keep the old one fresh. Then I link the two of them together but that’s not exactly the same as what you are asking.

Oddly enough, it happened because I was posting photos of the various places I’d been– for my Mom. Upon realizing that my mom (who lives in Oregon) was going to find out that I’d been in town without contacting her– I panicked.

Voila!

I found the Magic WP Time Machine and adjusted my story accordingly!

Unfortunately, the cosmos have a tendency to conspire against me when I lie. My mother found out within a couple days of the posting and I was busted. I subsequently removed the posts and vowed never to use the tool again.

(Because of course it was WordPress’ fault that I got caught lying to my Mom…)
