One Terabyte For Laptops
Western Digital released this week the 1 Terabyte 2.5 inch Serial ATA (SATA) drives for notebook computers. This is effectively double the previous standard 500GB hard drive sizes typically found as the largest for laptop models. So now you can contribute to your Digital Clutter (see my other article) and not have to worry about filling up your hard drive space.
With the size of laptop hard drives growing so rapidly you are going to make sure you have a decent laptop backup solutions to make sure all your data can be recovered in the event of a failure. External NAS or USB drives are more critical than ever to preventing an information loss catastrophe.
