I like many people do most of my reading on my computer these days and online, but it would be nice to not have to always be connected to the internet to read information. Also, with handheld devices, iPhones and others it would be nice to have reading material you can take with you and read while traveling on planes, buses or trains.

So I decided to test out eBook Search Queen and I did several queries for some general reading material that would interest me. This service queries the web specifically allowing you to search pdf, txt, or doc files that contain information related to what you search for.

I searched for “Homer” hoping to find the Odyssey, and sure enough with my first search I found the full volume for me to download and read at my leisure.

I decided to search for more modern stuff like “Drizzt” who is a Dark Elf character from R. A. Salvatore novels, and I found a wealth of documents, stories and information about the character and related to him.
