Talking Watches – Useful for Elderly or Teaching Kids Time
I always find practical uses for everything I write about, a product or service in order to be promoted must have a valid use and I must fully find some valid reason I would use or buy the product, or I already do. I just don’t feel right about selling or promoting something that I wouldn’t use, have used or would buy myself.
That being said talking watches are something that have a very useful benefit. I actually had a kids version for my son when he was younger. The ability to hear the time had him associate the position of the hands with the time spoken better. He had a better job of keeping track of time, knowing when 3, 4 or 5pm came around and understood how the concept of time progressed in a day. It was a useful learning tool and I encourage all parents to have their kids use a watch that can talk. If they wear a plain watch, they never remember to check it. The audio reminders are good for having them stop and check the watch.
Another benefit I can imagine is for people who take medication at set intervals every day, like 10, 2, 6…etc. Instead of always having to watch the clock, talking watches can take that burden off of their shoulders.

This is an incredible idea. I am going to get one for my son so he can learn to tell time. Also I think the elderly need this to, maybe give them peace of mind knowing the time.
