I just think that Kontera ads and the things like it just make your site look a little too ad oriented. Yes, google ads are not annoying and are not in your way when you try to read the content, but in that they generate more interested clicks than accidental and probably are better for advertisers, thus they are probably going to pay better.

So far after a 1 day run it earned 20% as much as Adsense on the same day, so going to give it 30 days, if it doesn’t earn close to AdSense I will pull it probably.

Personally I don’t like Kontera ads, they can be a bit annoying within the content like that. From what I’ve heard from other sources as well – it doesn’t do as well as adsense – and people have a tendency to get more annoyed with it vs. adsense.

Thanks, I am testing it for 30 days, if I don’t think its worth it, or too many people complain I will remove. I also promote and test blog products on this blog so I can report to other bloggers, if I don’t give it a proper run, I can’t accurately write a review of the product/service.

In my opinion link ads inside your article is intrusive and annoying. Your readers will think its a link you’ve put in but they will disappointed if they found out that its an ad.
