This video over at Ted.com by Pattie Maes & Pranav Mistry demonstrating new technology that they are working on is just mind blowing:

Take a look at this video demonstration of sixth sense type of technology where the user would wear a device that has a camera, projector and some sensors all combined to allow the user to interface with a self created projection that can do anything based on gestures and movements within the camera’s eye. The additional feature of scanning objects that you pick up and giving you more information at your fingertips just leaves high tech junkies drooling for more.

Supposedly they claim the technology costs not much more than common cell phones today, I can’t wait until this becomes widespread technology and this truly is going to change the way we interact with technology in the near future.
