This giveaway has ended, congratulations to Jim L. from IN who won the Logitech G500 mouse.  We always have more giveaways and sweepstakes so stay tuned and look out for other great prizes.

We decided to giveaway another Logitech mouse, this time the Logitech G500 Gaming Mouse was the chosen prize to giveaway but this mouse isn’t just for gamers.  You get a truly precise 5700DPI mouse that has custom weight options so the mouse has the exact feel that is right for your hand.

This giveaway is also sponsored by Hauppauge Gaming Zone, Days of a Domestic Dad, and Blog Setup Guide.  The Logitech G500 Gaming mouse is one of the best mice you can find for under $60 and has a really high quality look and feel to it.

g500 weights

It comes with many weights that you can load into a cartridge and slide into the bottom of the mouse.

This allows you to make the mouse weigh more or less so that it is more comfortable to your hand, I had always preferred a heavier mouse myself until recently.  The G500 actually can get quite heavy if you load all the 4.5g weights in it.

The Logitech G500 is also a fairly small mouse for a gaming mouse and does well for small and medium hands in my opinion.  Unlike some larger mice that don’t accommodate smaller fingers your whole hand effortlessly surrounds the mouse.  The thumb buttons are not obtrusive and easy to press when you need to.

There are 10 programmable buttons total, including the scroll wheel which clicks and also rocks side to side which takes some getting used to but can add those extra buttons if needed.

Custom user profiles, custom weight, high DPI and precision movements make the Logitech G500 an all around excellent mouse for those who do gaming, drawing, or simply need a nice high quality mouse.  It isn’t wireless which is why it generally has better performance than wireless mice but it won’t ever run out of batteries either!

Enter to win a Logitech G500 Gaming Mouse

This is a Punchtab giveaway that starts on Jan 14th 2013 and ends on Feb 8th 2013, winner will be chosen and has 48 hours to claim prize or a new winner will be chosen.  This is a physical prize that I need to ship to the winner, so this contest is only open to contestants in U.S. and Canada and/or those who are willing to pay the shipping charge if International (or you can re-gift to a friend in U.S. or giveaway on your own site…etc).  I would say if you pay the shipping I would send it to you, but the shipping is likely more than the cost of the mouse.

As with any Punchtab giveaway the more entries you get the better your odds of winning, share the custom ptab.it link you see at the end of the entry options and you will get 1 extra entry for anyone who clicks on your link and 5 extra entries if they sign up.  So to really maximize your entries share the contest like crazy in social media and forums with your custom ptab.it link.

Any questions, let me know and good luck to all who enter.

I usually play first person games. The sleek design and the weights look very cool to me. The weights wood definitely help in the movement sensitivity of the mouse.

I enjoy all sorts of games, but particularly FPS and RPGs, so the feature that attracts me most are the extra buttons and profile switching the mouse offers.
