Not really sure though, my friend uses it and I do have an account there but I haven’t yet posted anything. You can ask their support staff for it. I am sure they would allow something you own and not cheat but I am just wondering if Google caches it, it may term it as duplicate content? What say?

Thanks for the suggestion, I have just signed up for Triond.com and added my first poem. Do they allow you to repost some content you put on your personal blogs?

It’s also like Associated Content and you get paid for 1000 views but in it I think they earn from Ads and you’ve to have competitive keywords etc.

Give it a try as well, and I was registered with AC but I did not write any articles for them. My friend did and she really tried very hard to advertise her article to everyone to gain page views.

You can try oDesk job marketplace as well if you want to freelance your article writing skills.

I have written articles for both, and Helium is a pain in the arse because of the whole rating / writing stars thing. You can’t earn $$$, participate in naming contests without earning rating stars, and they make it too much of a game. A/C is far more professional. Plus A/C lets you write articles on whatever you want, you just create / publish and categorize.

Helium requires that you find an existing topic and write about it, there is no way to free submit anything.

Good article. I have actually written an article recently that relates to Making money online without a blog. Helium was my choice. I have not recommended AC because it appears that it is only available for US residents.

I will to this the fact that writing for both AC and Helium does not put your PR in danger and also you can write about almost anything that interest you. Coupled with the fact that you can paid is an added bonus:)
