LovingTech Forum Site For Sale

I had written a post talking about a Technology Forum called LovingTech.net which at the time was a nice forum for tech enthusiasts to come together and post about technology related topics.  I was contacted by the owner who informed me that he is selling LovingTech.net and it is up for auction online.   The site actually has a really good DNS name and I think it could be developed into a very successful forum or blog should someone purchase the platform.  It does have a decent Alexa rank right now and I checked the stats on many of the threads and see that many have received several hundred views with some receiving over 2,000 views.

LovingTech.NET has a PageRank of 3, over 19,000 inbound Google Links and an Alexa rating of 170,000

Alexa.com description of LovingTech.net

Lovingtech.net’s three-month global Alexa traffic rank is 170,575. While we estimate that 37% of visitors to this site come from India, where it is ranked #50,606, it is also popular in the Philippines, where it is ranked #19,486. The fraction of visits to the site referred by search engines is approximately 15%. Compared with the overall internet population, this site’s users are disproportionately male, and they are disproportionately people earning less than $30,000 who browse from home and have more children. Visitors to Lovingtech.net view 5.3 unique pages each day on average.

I think taking over the site and leveraging AdSense could turn it into a quick small income earner, possibly as much as $40 – $50 per month off the bat, and if it were turned into more of a blog and heavily developed it could fare well in the technology blog rankings due to its very SEO friendly DNS name.

If anyone is looking to purchase a tech DNS website that is already established this may be a good option as it is an already established site with a decent amount of daily traffic and a good pagerank right off of the bat.

The site made the owner over $1400  in the last year without being properly optimized or laden with advertisements and I think it is worth putting in a bid and spending some money to purchase an established site that saves you time (which is worth money).

Bid on LovingTech.net today and own an established Technology Forum site or transform it into a Tech blog.
