If you’re a fan of strategy games, today on Dragon Blogger we present Conquest Tactics: Realm of Sin, a turn-based tactical strategy game with roguelite elements and a dark fantasy setting. Battles revolve around building strategic decks to fight against your enemies.

The best part is that there’s a demo available, so you can try it out and discover everything it has to offer. Once you do, you can decide whether to upgrade to the full version.

Our team at Dragon Blogger tried the demo, and we’re excited to share everything we discovered. We also want to highlight some features that make Conquest Tactics unique.

Beginner’s Tutorial

The game menu offers the option to learn how to play interactively, which is great if you’re not familiar with this type of RPG game. You can use the tutorial to learn the basic controls as well as the logic of battles quite quickly. Once you complete the tutorial, you can go to the main menu to start the game.

In the demo, you can choose one of the three main characters, named Elenora, but in the full version, you’ll be able to select from the others. Each character has special abilities that give you certain advantages in combat, so getting to know them is ideal if you want to create the best strategy for victory.

Different Difficulty Levels

You can also choose the difficulty level. In the demo, you can select Easy, Normal, or Hard, but there are four more challenging modes available only in the full game. In our case, we chose Normal, which is a good starting point if it’s your first time playing.

Once we completed the tutorial, the game warned us that, as time passes, the threat level would increase. Therefore, it’s very important to choose a well-thought-out strategy if we want to defeat our enemies.

The first battle allows you to understand how combat unfolds, similar to the tutorial, but this time a strategy is necessary because enemies can reduce the health points of your flag. Defending it while damaging the enemy’s flag will be key to winning each battle.

An important aspect is learning how to use Command Points, which are a kind of energy that allows you to perform actions, whether placing units on the battlefield, moving them, or attacking the enemy. Once your turn ends, it’s the opponent’s opportunity to act.

Progression Map

The progression map lets you access different locations besides battles. In these locations, you can buy new abilities and even access the black market. You can withdraw your units or acquire new ones with better abilities. This way, you can prepare to face battles with stronger decks and secure victory.

By day 12, the threat level had definitely increased. Knowing when to attack and when to withdraw a unit in each battle was essential to defeat enemies. It’s great to have different stops on the map where you can gain new advantages.
