Motorola finally announces its much awaited phone, the Droid RAZR, which is now the thinnest phone in the world. The new device is just 7.1mm thin, making it the thinnest LTE 4G capable smartphone. The Droid RAZR comes with a splendid 4.3 inch qHD Super AMOLED display, a 1.2GHz processor, 8MP camera, which runs on the latest version of Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread.

The Motorola DROID RAZR will be available for pre-order from October 27 and will start shipping from the month of November 2011. The phone will be priced at $299.99 with a two-year customer agreement with Verizon Wireless Communications.

Along with the new phone, Motorola also launched another interesting fitness device called the MOTOACTV. MOTOACTV is a lightweight, wearable fitness performance tracker and smart music player in one. The MOTOACTV syncs with your PC, and lets you check out the music you perform to best or track your workouts over extended time periods, set goals and even create workout competitions with your friends via the MOTOACTV Web Portal. The device measures 46mm x 46mm x 9.6 mm and weighs 35 g.

The device runs on Android OS and features 8GB/16GB storage memory, 600MHz processor, 1.6 inch full-color touch-screen display, rain-resistant and scratch-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass auto-brightness feature, automatically syncs with all the latest Android-powered smartphone to receive incoming calls and texts, FM radio, Up to five hours of battery life for outdoor workouts and 10 hours indoors, two weeks of standby time Bluetooth 4.0 and ANT+ wireless connectivity.
MOTOACTV will be available for pre-order from today at www.motorola.com, Amazon.com, Bestbuy.com, REI.com and SportsAuthority.com. The device will start shipping from November 6, 2011 and will be available for sale at Best Buy®, Eastern Mountain Sports, REI, The Sports Authority and online at Amazon.com, with other retailers following shortly.
MOTOACTV device is priced at $249(8GB) and $299(16G). Motorola SF700 and Motorola SF500 sports headphones are sold separately and will be available for $149 and $99 respectively. The fitness device will also be available in Latin America and Europe starting in Q1 2012.
