I really do believe everyone should have an emergency tool in their car for those situations where you may run a flat tire or have your car break down at night while driving on a road. The Suaoki 4-in-1 Torch Flashlight is one of those such tools. This 4 in 1 flashlight can do more than just shine a bright Cree LED beam at 280 lums, it has other functions to help you out in a jam.
The Suaoki Flashlight has a glass smashing hammer at the bottom which is smartly covered by a rubber cap that you can easily pop off and break something if you need to. Like a windshield to free a trapped individual or pet after a crash or some other incident for example. It is solid, fixed and very heavy and though I didn’t have any glass I could break with it to test, I did whack it against some brick walls and the concrete ground and it can definitely withstand a hard hit with ease.
You also get a seat belt cutter which can also cut thin twine or string or rope that fits in it’s hook area. This is to help cut you out of a stuck seat belt, or other situation and I didn’t have a seat belt to test it against, but it was able to cut any string or fabric that could fit in the little hook area with ease.
The flash light itself supports 4 different modes including “weak beam, strong beam, focused beam and strobe/blinking beam” so you can use the various mode that is needed for your situation. I used the Suaoki tool to comb the beach in the dark for part of my testing of the torchlight.
In addition if you unscrew the top of the flashlight you will find the USB plug where you can use the Suaoki flashlight to charge your phone if you need to in a pinch, the flashlight comes in 2 power varieties and those include 10,400mAh or 5,200mAh depending on how much charge you want stored. 5,200mAh is more than enough to charge your phone a few times over, so that should be sufficient unless you really want multiple days worth of charging from the torch flashlight.
You also have your MicroUSB port to charge the flashlight battery itself. The Suaoki Flashlight claims to have a 1 month battery life on a full charge and this Suaoki 4 in 1 Flashlight also has an IPX6 waterproof rating which means it can handle all types of water except being completely submerged, this means rain, puddle drops will have no problem and the device will function fine. Overall this is an excellent device to have in your car for emergency situations or take with you if you are camping or hiking for an extended period of time. At it’s price on Amazon it costs about as much or cheaper than some torch flashlights that don’t even have the extra features.
