In this post, we will talk about the ultimate secret of blogging success (Yes, the ULTIMATE SECRET) (This is not yet another post that will tell you that there is no such thing as secret to blogging success ; we will actually give you the right tips – secret – to blogging success). These tips will surely help you to achieve success in blogging (I mean they should). As an experienced blogger, you must/should/may know these tips already.

The ultimate secret can be shortened to a single, little quote :-

The Ultimate Secret of Success of is to determine and work hard with patience. Yes, Determination, Patience and Hard work form the ultimate secret of blogging success. These three elements go to together. You need the other two to have one element (they go together – always). Let’s talk about these three elements :-

Patience

The best definition(s) I have found and used for blogging is (sorry for using it again) :-

state of endurance under difficult circumstances, which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without acting on annoyance/anger in a negative way.

You need patience to achieve every simple task in blogging. In blogging, you won’t get instant results. You need to wait for some time to get the expected results. As you might know, many newbie bloggers came to this field in the hope to make easy money – money in a short time. Well, in blogging, you need to wait some time to make some money (it also depends upon your hard work). Patience is a virtue. Its a hard thing to gain. But you could do it if you have the determination. As humans, we are not so successful in remaining patient. Having patience is just the first and the easiest part ; maintaining patience is the second and hardest thing. In blogging, there will be times in which you will lose your patience. There will be times in which you will be mad at yourselves. (I know these because I have experienced them). These experiences are essential because every experience is like a new lesson. These experiences will help you to maintain and use your patience in the future.

Determination

What is determination ? Persistence ? the will to try on ? to keep blogging ? Before we answer this question, let’s take a look at the definition of Determination :-

The quality of being determined to do or achieve something; firmness of purpose or deciding or controlling something’s outcome or nature

In a blogging sense, determination is the act of continuing on. When you are a determined blogger, you will keep on blogging (Here, Determination and Patience go to together). As I always say, many inventions in this world would not have happened if the inventors weren’t determined. Just think about it – how different the world would have been if people like Gandhi, MLK, Edison gave up easily. Determination is important because it inspires to act until you achieve your destination (goal). Just like patience, maintaining your determination is the hardest part of blogging. The best way to maintain your determination (along with patience) is to take an optimistic approach towards blogging. Take things positively. Don’t ever be the person that gives up when they fail (I know that you won’t). Be the person who says that “your failure was a new experience – new lesson to you and to your readers (who will read about them). As Mr. Robinson said in “Meet the Robinsons” – Keep Moving Forward !

Hard Work

The third and final element that forms the ultimate secret is Hard work. Hard work will come to you only if you have patience and determination (i.e. You need these to have determination). Hard work is basically about putting all your effort into something. In blogging, you need to put your best effort into to get the best results (you would want the best results, right ?). Hard work means investing time smartly on each and every aspect of blogging (thinking, writing, publishing, promoting, networking, learning and applying). You need to work hard to come up with a good schedule that will help you to succeed (Be sure to invest some time on each little thing). After that, you need to work hard to follow the schedule. Since I know that you know about Hard Work (confusing!), I am stopping here.
