Recently, Rockstar Games revealed one of the biggest and possibly final announcements surrounding GTA 6, but without a doubt, it was also one of the most unusual. I say unusual because we have never seen an announcement like this for a game preview on a streaming platform such as Netflix. However, we all know that this is GTA 6, the most anticipated game in history, and it still leaves fans with major questions about why Trailer 3 has not been released yet.
With that in mind, it is worth asking what exactly Rockstar Games could show in this so-called "Extended Look." This is not necessarily Trailer 3, but considering how it has been presented, almost like a major event, there is a good chance that it could end up being the long-awaited Trailer 3.
What do we know about the GTA 6 Extended Look?
I don't want to say anything that hasn't been confirmed. There are plenty of rumors surrounding this, but the first thing to make clear is that absolutely nothing has been confirmed about what will be shown.
However, I did some research, and the most promising information came from journalist Jason Schreier, who said he expects this "Extended Look" to feature a significant amount of GTA 6 gameplay, based on what he learned after speaking with Strauss Zelnick, CEO of Take-Two.
If we trust what this journalist is reporting, then we could almost say that, for the first time, we will see actual gameplay from the game during the Extended Look. This is exactly what fans want to see, especially considering that we are getting closer to November 19, the date when it appears that there will finally be no more delays and Grand Theft Auto 6 will be released.
Where and when can you watch the GTA 6 Extended Look?
Netflix has secured the exclusive premiere of the Extended Look, so if you want to watch it live, it will only be available on Netflix. However, six hours later, Rockstar Games will publish it on its official YouTube channel.
The Extended Look will be available on Netflix on August 27 at 3:00 p.m. ET, while the YouTube release will be available at 9:00 p.m. ET.

- New York: 3:00 p.m. ET
- Chicago: 2:00 p.m. CT
- Houston: 2:00 p.m. CT
- Miami: 3:00 p.m. ET
- Denver: 1:00 p.m. MT
- Los Angeles: 12:00 p.m. PT
- Las Vegas: 12:00 p.m. PT
- Seattle: 12:00 p.m. PT
- Phoenix: 12:00 p.m. MT
That's everything we can confirm for now. Rockstar is extremely secretive, so all we can do is wait and hope that we finally get to see what everyone has been waiting for: real GTA 6 gameplay.
