You should keep in mind that the distance traveled will depend on the condition of the road, weather condition, and weight of the cyclist, so it is possible that the autonomy is less than 100 Km in some situations, but usually, you can use this bike without having to worry about recharging the battery. The tires have a wide design so that you can use this bike regardless of the condition of the road, so you can use the bike on rough roads or in the sand. The 48V 16Ah lithium battery ensures that the 750W motor can always deliver maximum performance. It includes an LCD display that displays important information such as speed or the remaining battery. Review of the Engine Pro eBike from Engwe

We have reviewed three specific e-Bikes so far and that includes the RadPower RadRunner, the VIVI eBike and now the Engwe Engine Pro. The Engine Pro is more comparable to the RadPower RadRunner and is far superior in every way to the VIVI Ebike.

Assembling the ENGE Engine Pro wasn’t overly difficult but the instruction manual was lacking in detailed screenshots and step by step, I had to keep going back and referencing the assembly video, but the camera angles on the assembly video were still poor and I still had to fumble my way through it. The trickiest part is the handle bar assembly, where in the base for the handle bar had to install (didn’t come pre-installed) and aligning/tightening so it was lined up properly with the wheel face forward. I wish the had a notch that way you know the exact direction to place and lock in to line up the handle bars with the wheel vs having to keep turning and tuning to get it right.

Where the Engine Pro really shines are it’s very fat tires, which are even thicker than the Radpower. It has faster acceleration and a faster top speed when you have it in sport mode. It just feels fantastic and is very responsive. The LCD Display that keeps track of your speed and stats of the device is also better than the RadPower RadRunner. The only thing I thought was better with the Radpower is the one sided kick stand with the Engwe Engine Pro isn’t as nice as the dual kickstand on the Radpower Radrunner.

The Gears, the fact that the Engine Pro actually has gears is also awesome and makes it better than the Radpower RadRunner in my opinion. By default the brakes were tighter too. The LCD display on the ENGINE PRO is where it really shines showing real time MPH or KPH and and tracking your distance, speed and everything else including showing you in sport mode, eco mode…etc. This thing really takes off in Sport mode, it is an insanely powerful e-Bike and the LCD real time display is something the ENGINE PRO has that the RADPOWER bike does not have.

So I found that I had to some minor adjustments to the tire shields, they rattled at first, but once I was able to find the contact points where they were touching the bike frame and re-adjust them I had no more issues. Just make sure when you get the bike there is enough clearance between the tire shield and the side frame of the bike or it may rattle when going over bumpy roads due to the tire shield touching the bike frame periodically.
