So Nathaniel was streaming SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption during one of our previous streams which is a Dark Souls like game where you only fight 8 bosses and each boss has a different set of patterns you have to learn to defeat.  The game is brutally difficult and I watched him struggle for nearly a full hour over the live stream and not even beat the first boss, GREED.

Watch Nathaniel Attempt the First Boss in SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption

As with any Souls clone game, knowing the timing of Dodge and Parry are key to avoiding attacks, damage and in some cases bouncing attacks back at your opponent.  This game has the word sacrifice in it for a reason as before you choose each boss you make a sacrifice to your character to make that challenge a bit harder, different sacrifices for each boss as well.

If you like brutally difficult and unforgiving games where you die hundreds of times to learn the patterns to defeat boss after boss, then you will likely appreciate SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption which can be picked up on Steam for less than $20.

You can also pick up SINNER: Sacrifice for Redemption for the PlayStation 4 as well.
