So the LotFancy Blood Pressure Wrist Monitor cuff is one that goes over your wrist near where it meets your hand rather than on your upper arm, this monitor cuff has a partially hard cuff part that you slip around your wrist and then velcro closed to make a tight fit. You have to make sure you hold your wrist facing upward and the monitor part goes on the bottom part of the wrist that faces up.
The LotFancy Wrist Heart Rate Monitor also comes with a hard plastic shell carrying case which is nice to keep dust and other material from collecting on the device itself. It is very portable and the device work well, in reads it claims to have an accuracy of +-3 for Systolic and Diastolic monitoring.
The monitor simply wraps on your wrist and you press the ON button, then the power button again to start the reading. It takes only about a quarter of a minute and displays your blood pressure and your heart rate plus lets you know if there was an abnormal heart rate detected. This LotFancy blood pressure monitor claims it can detect an extra heartbeat (irregular heartbeat) as well. At its price of just around $20, this is also a great deal for a monitor that works well and comes with a travel container to keep it sanitary and clean. Oh, and in case you were wondering my blood pressure is fine with all reads around 120/75.
