More and more headphones are being created without wires, and now there are some like the Crazybaby Nano 1S earbuds which are even smaller and ready on the go. Right out of the box, one thing I appreciated about these headphones is the packaging. It feels very much like an Apple product with a sleek box and overall design. While the design is solid and the carrying case looks sharp, the bass isn’t too strong and my pair had quite a few issues staying connected, but overall it’s a decent set of earbuds if you’re looking for something comfortable and easy to travel with.

Sound and Connectivity

With earbuds this small, it’s hard to get a loud boom sound when it comes to the bass. Audio sounds pretty good, but it’s not the sharpest sound I’ve heard on a set of earbuds. If you’re not too picky about your sound, these will definitely get the job done. It did play electronic sound pretty well and if you don’t listen to heavy rock or anything with a strong bass, it should sound good.
These earbuds had a ton of problems staying connected with my iMac, but also I should note it’s a pretty old computer. When it came to my phone, they thankfully stayed connected. Just thought I should mention it for anyone with an older computer model. When I would start to play songs on my iPhone, sometimes the right earbud took about a second to catch up and then it stayed synched.

Comfort of the Crazybaby Nano 1S

These earbuds are incredibly light, which is something I enjoy for how long I tend to work with headphones in during the day. Even after a few hours, I didn’t notice any discomfort. I ended up using the biggest earbud size available to make them fit snug, but there are a few sizing options so you can find the right one for you. They are only 4.4 grams of weight each, which is lighter than a coin, so as you can imagine they’re extremely comfortable.

Battery and Bluetooth

After using the Crazybaby earbuds, they disconnected a few times in the initial hour of connecting it while using my computer. It did connect automatically after taking them out of the case though, which was nice. For the battery, compared to their original Nano version, it has 65% more battery life. You get a full 5 hours of use out of them and then two full charges from the case, giving you a total of 15 hours of use.

Other Features

The carrying case has a magnetic close so it always will stay closed while you travel. It also is weighted so if you set it on a table, it won’t roll off and break. Each side has different functions. The right earbud starts and stops music with one click, goes back with two, and goes forward with three. The left earbud starts and stops calls with one click and gets Siri with two clicks.
