Giant inhabitable cubes were built, and linked to each other. The rarity and value of minerals skyrocketed. New corporations and organizations focused on dominating mineral rich areas rose to power; water-run robots are still the pillars of their strength.

So the game obviously has a tile board nad shows your characters movement areas, and you take turns strategically placing your characters.  It harks back to turn based strategy games, showing your area of attack as well.  The play is smooth and fluid, and the animations are enjoyable.
