My favourite time of day is when the mail comes. Today is like nerdy Christmas as my mail lady hands me this months Nerd Block. This month it is Star Wars theme with a couple of extra things. Nerd Block is a monthly mystery geek package delivered right to your door. You can check them out at www.nerdblock.com . They also have a mystery box that is for younger kids. You can make them specific to boy or girl as well. You can check them out at www.nerdblockjr.com. They ship to 25 different countries and are adding new countries all the time. They only have a limited number of subscriptions per month so you need to sign up early to make sure you don’t miss out. Subscriptions start at $13.99 per month depending on your country.
Inside everything is packed just right so everything comes to you in mint condition. I have also received a t-shirt every month making the most per month worth buying.
This months t-shirt is a great cross over shirt of Game of Thrones (my favourite) and Star Wars (also a favourite). This months shirts were available in 2 different colours, navy blue and army green. We received the navy blue. You will always get the right size as when you sign up you have to choose what size they will send you so you don’t have to worry about getting something you can’t wear.
Next in the box was this cutie storm trooper mini plushie. He is about 4 inches tall (just guessing). This is an officially licensed item from starwars.com. I am sure this will go missing as one of my sons will steal this and hide it in their beds. There are 5 different ones available for the month. Darth Vader, storm trooper, R2D2, Yoda, Chewbacca and an Ewok.
Then we get a dangler from Tomy Gacga. This is also an officially licensed product from Nintendo. In the package is random so different people will get different ones. We got Raccoon Mario with what looks like a cape. They have a little chain attached so you can hang them on your keys, zipper or any where else you would like them to dangle from.
I next found this thing in the box. I had no idea what it was but then turned my product card around and seen it was the nerd pick of the month. This is a Stick-it Pad. You can use this on you car dash board and stick your mobile device to it. You can also use it on your desk to keep your little collectibles in place. I look forward to giving this a try.
I seen this and got excited. Its a Star Wars paper craft playset. You do not need scissors, tape or glue to be able to set this up. Inside you get Luke, Leia, Darth Vader, Han Solo in carbonite, cloud city, carbonite freezing chamber, sticker sheet and more. I don’t know if there was other varieties of sets for people to get.
Last in the box is an exclusive The Amazing Spider Man Volume 1. This is a Fan expo/Nerd Block variant. A great way to start off the new collection for the series. I can’t wait to see what else I will see this year at Fan Expo.
Do you already subscribe to Nerd Block? Let me know what items you got that were different from mine.
