This is a review of the PowerDeWise Lavalier Lapel Microphone and this microphone will plug into any 3.5mm jack that supports a microphone input, this includes laptops, iPhones, iPads, Android Tablets, Android phones and more including some camera’s that use external mics like the Canon EOS 60D for example which takes an external mic input.

This lapel microphone is meant to be worn clipped to your shirt right under your neck or chin and picks up your voice so that it is louder and clearer than using the small microphone in most mobile devices.  This is an ideal microphone also if you are doing mobile podcasts or if you want to interview someone at a trade show you can hold the clip and simply move the mic close to whom you wish to interview or record.  The mic is omnidirectional so you don’t have to worry about it only picking up loud voices from one direction and something like this works great if you go around interviewing people in person and want to hear what they are saying as loud and clear as you are.

This mic also comes with a 6.5′ extension cable and a carrying bag which is a huge plus, with the extra extension cord you can have the recording device in the other side of the room and just have the cord follow you to where you are standing.
