iPad Kids Game: Cars in Sandbox

Having two kids ages 8 and 5 in our household I pay particular attention to iOS and Android games that are for younger kids instead of the gory zombie shooter type games which are quite prominent in the mobile app space.

Thematica contacted me about a game called Cars in Sandbox which is particularly fun for littler kids between ages 1 and 4 years old I would say.  In this game you control all sorts of construction type vehicles and make them collect, move and pick up things in a sandbox.  It is as simple as it sounds and also lets little ones build finger motor skills at using a touch pad.

Currently Cars in Sandbox: Construction is only $1.99 and is a really cute free app for little ones who may use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad while you are busy and need to keep them entertained.  I think they should release a version in the Amazon App store for Kindle Fire as well as the app would be a good fit there.
